How it plays

A 10×10 board each and the classic fleet: one ship of four decks, two of three, three of two and four of one. Ships never touch, not even at a corner.
Fleets start placed at random. Players have 30 seconds to move or turn ships, shuffle again, or say they are ready.
Every fleet still afloat fires one shot per turn at any rival, and all shots of a turn land together. A player who has not aimed within 12 seconds fires at random.
The match ends when at most one fleet is afloat, or after 200 turns.
The stake is the whole fleet, 20 coins. At the end each player holds their own ships still afloat and every ship they sank, and is paid that share of the pot less the rake.
The server never sends a player the rivals’ ships still afloat, only the marks of shots: miss, hit, sunk.
Bots stake nothing and win nothing. A ship sunk by a bot stays with its owner.

How the money works

The whole fleet is the stake, one coin per deck. A ship you sink is yours, split if two admirals sink it on the same turn. Ships still afloat at the end return to their owner.
